Tool Holders

Amada's Tool Holders significantly help you to increase your productivity. We offer you a wide choice of set-up possibilities.

FOR PUNCHES :

"Quick loading & unloading from the front of the press"

Traditionally the punch for a press brake is slid on from the side to the machine and manually tightened into position.

The Amaclip Clamp eliminates this time consuming process by offering quick and easy loading of tooling from the front of the press brake machine.  Amaclip has a "click in, click out" system.  Small-sectionalised tooling is fixed securely by a spring loaded bar, which ensures operator safety.

All tool lengths up to 835mm can be loaded from the front of the machine, all tool lengths up to 415mm can be removed from the front of the machine.  The tooling is released via a versatile one-touch button system.

All punches are prevented from dropping by the Amada safety groove.

Amaclip is also available in the "Dual Option", this allows for tooling to be reversed quickly and easily.

The Amada Fast Clamp is compatible with most manufacturers of press brake machines.

FOR DIES :

" Amada's Quick Change Single "V" System dramatically

reduce set-up time on the press brake machine "

This saving relies upon the setting of the die holder onto the bottom main beam only once.  Once this is set, the individual single "V" dies can be then located into position.

When an exchange of die is required, the die is changed quickly by simply lifting out the used die and dropping the new die into position within the die holder.  The time consuming exercise of fixing bolts to the holder is eliminated thus decreasing the set-up time and increasing productivity.

The advantage of using Amada's Quick Change Single "V" System is that it enables the user to form components, where otherwise not possible due to the complex cross-section of the component.
