The joggle form is being used increasingly so within the sheet metal industry.  This operation unfortunately can be time consuming due to a lengthy set-up and expensive due to the special tooling required for the job.

The Multi Offset Tool provides a variety of joggle sizes in 1off tool.

The tool is adjustable for various joggle heights by a combination of shims and chamfer blocks, which are supplied with the tool.

Using the setting data provided, the user can achieve joggle heights ranging from 1.27 ~ 9.58mm.  "Lazy" joggles are also possible with the Adjustable joggle tool.
